Step One — IRA Real Estate Education

In order to accommodate our nationwide clientele, STEP ONE is usually completed via a telephone conference call.

This meeting is designed so you can learn about the two ways in which your IRA can be used to purchase real estate. Both methods are very different and should be carefully considered so that you can determine which method is best for you and your family.

Step Two — Customized Approach to Real Estate IRA Purchases

Step Two is designed to help us understand what you are trying to accomplish. In order to proceed through STEP TWO, first complete and submit to us by email or fax (850-222-3840) the following items:

When we receive the above items, we will then conduct a consultative meeting with you. This conference call will help us to understand your situation so we can develop a customized approach for your real estate purchase.

Step Three — Implement Your Customized IRA Real Estate Transaction

After Step One and Step Two are completed, we will begin Step Three. In the final step, Alan Potts will make a professional recommendation. This includes a review of your Real Estate IRA design, your new IRA custodian, the use of Non-IRA monies, mortgages (if necessary or desired) and/or the use of a 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange. Once we agree on your customized Real Estate IRA, we will begin the implementation process.
